- 1/2/12: No bootcamp today; however did a make-up at home – Modified 10 minute challenge x 3. Here is what I did (20 sec on / 10 sec off and 1 minute rest after each round of 10): Monster Walks, Cowboy Walks, Tricep Press, Low Plank, Bridge to Chest Press, DB Sit-ups, Bridges, Bicep Curls, Monster Walks and Cowboy Walks. And I’ve started the year with 10 lbs weights!
- 1/3/12: 10 minute challenge completed. Modified – Monster / Cowboy Walks, Tricep Press and Plank to Downward Dog – 10, 9, 8 – 1 DONE
